Dynamics 365 structures the business. Selekt equips the counter.

Dynamics 365 runs your network's management: commerce, operations, business data. Selekt connects to it for the last stretch, the one played out in store: a client profile opened in seconds, follow-ups with a real reason, and sales linked back to the advisors' work.

What changes on the floor

From business data to a selling gesture.

The data already exists in your system. What the counter lacks is a form usable during the conversation.

01

A client profile at the counter

Purchase history feeds the profile, and the profile opens on a phone while the client is there. Not a management screen: a store memory.

02

Reasons to reach out

A piece that has arrived, a client with no visit for months, a hold about to expire: the advisor knows whom to contact and why.

03

A measurement that holds

Every follow-up is traced, and the sale that follows reconciles with the till. Influenced revenue becomes a figure leadership can read.

Measuring

From the advisor's contact to a figure for leadership.

01

Trace the action

Message, appointment, prepared selection: every gesture is timestamped and attributed to its author.

02

Set the window

Seven, thirty or ninety days between contact and sale. The house sets the rule.

03

Attribute the sale

The sale joins influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales and never added to them.

04

Reconcile

Advisor by advisor, store by store, the figure reconciles with the till. Across equipped retailers, influenced revenue commonly represents 20 to 25 percent of total revenue.

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Dynamics 365.

No. Dynamics 365 remains the backbone of your management: commerce, operations, business data. Selekt adds the in-store relationship layer: the client profile at the counter, traced follow-ups, and the measurement of what that work produces. Data flows both ways between the two, with no double entry.

It is the case for most networks we meet, which is why the connection is planned with your team: data scope, roles, pilot stores. We start from what exists, purchase history and contact details, rather than demanding an ideal configuration.

No, because it measures something else. Your reporting follows sales; influenced revenue follows sales preceded by a traced advisor contact, within a window you set. The two figures stay separate and are never added together: one says how much, the other says what the relationship contributed.

Permissions are set at field level, by role and by store, and every access is logged. Consent and channel preferences are attached to the client profile. Data is hosted in the European Union. The full file is reviewed with your IT team before launch.
