Headquarters

The network view, unified.

On desktop: network analytics, the unified client base, the consolidated catalog, and a console that is fully configurable without needing a developer's intervention.

The institution

All the brand's activity, seen as a whole.

From the entire network down to a single client profile: headquarters sees everything, tunes everything, without ever reprocessing a figure. What leadership reads is the boutiques' data, consolidated in real time.

  • Network view
  • By boutique
  • By region
  • Real time

Headquarters

One source. The whole network.

01

Network analytics

Direct and influenced revenue by boutique, by region, by period. Comparisons happen inside the application.

02

Unified client base

One profile per client, no duplicates, across the network. Matching happens automatically.

03

Consolidated catalog

Products, variations, categories: one product referential, distributed to every boutique.

04

Configuration console

Roles, fields, attribution rules, message templates: configuration lives at headquarters, without a developer.

05

Distinction between brands, for groups

Each brand in the group operates within its own enclosure, everything stays within its own space.

06

Audit log

Who did what, when: every sensitive action is logged and consultable.

Network analytics

Compare boutiques, explain the gaps.

Analytics read the network the way leadership pictures it: by boutique, by region, by period. Influenced revenue is treated as a management figure, not a marketing argument.

  • Direct and influenced revenue, distinct, boutique by boutique
  • Comparisons by period, region and team, inside the application
  • Every figure unfolds down to the actions that explain it
  • No export to reprocess: the reading is the same from advisor to headquarters

Unified client base

One client, one profile, the whole network.

Online purchases, boutique visits, conversations: everything converges into a single profile per client. Duplicates are matched automatically, GDPR applies at the data level.

  • Automatic deduplication and matching across boutiques and e-commerce
  • Consents carried by the profile, enforced on every channel
  • Right of access and right to be forgotten, operational rather than theoretical
  • Headquarters' segmentation builds on clean data
Selekt — network client base, single customer view
Consolidated catalog

One product referential.

Headquarters administers the catalog once; every boutique receives it. Advisors consult the same product sheets, the same variations, the same network stock.

  • Products, variants and categories administered at headquarters
  • Immediate distribution to every boutique in the network
  • The network stock advisors consult is built on it
  • Synchronized with POS and e-commerce through integrations

The configuration console

Every rule can be personalized.

The console gives headquarters control over the platform's behavior, domain by domain, without a developer.

Who sees what, who does what

The house's roles, with their permissions, are defined in the console. What an advisor sees of the client base, what a manager can modify: everything is set at the data level.

  • Roles defined by the house, not imposed by the tool
  • Permissions at the data level, field by field
  • Every change recorded in the audit log
Exports & reconciliation

Figures that reconcile.

Headquarters' exports leave in the format leadership reads: by boutique, by period, by revenue type. Every sum reconciles line by line with the actions that explain it, down to the advisor.

  • By boutique
  • By period
  • Line by line
  • No reprocessing

Orders of magnitude

Common rules, applied everywhere.

1 profile

per client, across the network: duplicates matched automatically

25%

of revenue influenced by clienteling, observed at equipped retailers (20 to 25%)

100%

of sensitive actions logged: who did what, when, consultable at any time

0 devs

required to configure roles, attribution, AI and templates: the console is enough

Frequently asked

What leadership asks.

Yes, in strict isolation. Each house operates within its own enclosure: its client base, its catalog, its rules, its teams. Nothing is shared between brands that should not be, and the group keeps overall governance.

Through import and matching: the POS, e-commerce and existing CRM bases are consolidated into the single customer referential, duplicates matched. History is not lost, it finally becomes readable.

Most of the rollout is configuration, not development: roles, fields, attribution rules and templates are set in the console. That is what makes it possible to deploy in weeks, not quarters, and to adjust afterwards without an IT project.

Through integrations: POS, e-commerce, CRM, messaging. Data flows both ways, with no double entry. Headquarters' analytics read figures already reconciled with the till.

Data is treated as an asset of the house: European hosting, data-level permissions, operational consents and a full audit log. The details are on the Security & compliance page.
