Fastmag runs the store. Selekt keeps the bond with each client.

Fastmag, published by Orisha, stays in place and keeps its job: checkout, stock, network management. Selekt sits beside it to give advisors a readable client profile, a named client book, and the measurement of what the relationship produces.

Influenced revenue, reconciled with the POS

Nothing to replace: without the purchase history Fastmag holds, there would be no relationship to work on and no sale to attribute.

Why connect them

What changes in the first weeks.

Nobody retypes anything

Client data flows both ways, with no double entry. Advisors do not open a second screen to key in what the POS already knows.

Yesterday's purchase prepares tomorrow's visit

Last piece bought, date, amount: the conversation picks up from facts, not from a question that reveals nobody remembered.

The network becomes readable from the store

A client served in another store, a piece available elsewhere: what used to take a phone call is read in seconds.

The figures hold up in meetings

Because sales come from the POS, revenue attributed to relationship work reconciles with what leadership reads. Across equipped retailers, it commonly represents 20 to 25 percent of total revenue.

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Fastmag.

No. Fastmag keeps doing what it does well: taking payment, holding stock, running the network. Selekt covers the other half of the work, the one-to-one relationship between visits: a readable client profile, client books per advisor, motivated follow-ups, and the measurement of what it all produces.

No. Your checkout habits do not move and your POS remains the reference for sales. The connection and the data scope are defined with you at setup, store by store, usually starting with one or two pilot stores.

Selekt does not duplicate the POS: it serves a different moment, between two visits, when the question is who to contact and why. A few minutes a day, on a phone. If the tool asked more than it gives back, it would not be used: the payoff has to be immediate.

Yes. Every action is dated and attributed to its author. You set an attribution window of seven, thirty or ninety days. Sales recorded in the POS within that window join influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales. Across equipped retailers, 20 to 25 percent of revenue is influenced.
