The Lightspeed POS in the cloud. The relationship in the advisor's hands.

Lightspeed holds checkout and stock, in store and online. Selekt connects to it so every advisor finds their client, reaches out with a real reason, and the house measures what that work produces.

Why connect them

Three effects from day one.

01

Zero double entry

Client data flows both ways, with no retyping. Advisors never key in what the POS has already recorded, and the profile stays accurate.

02

Purchases feed the profile

Last piece, date, amount: purchase history feeds the client profile and gives the advisor something true to say from the first seconds.

03

The figures reconcile

Sales come from the POS and influenced revenue ties back to it: what leadership reads and what the store lives are finally the same figure.

Three moments

Before, during and after the visit.

Clienteling is not played at the till: it is played around it. Here is what Selekt changes at each moment.

The advisor knows who to contact, and why

The day starts with a short list: clients to follow up, each with a reason. A piece that arrived, a hold about to expire, a date coming up. Not a database to comb through.

  • Reasons to reach out, ranked by priority
  • Messages drafted, reviewed and signed by the advisor
  • Named client books: everyone follows their own clients

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Lightspeed.

No. Lightspeed keeps holding checkout, stock and sales reporting. Selekt covers the other half of the work: the one-to-one relationship between two visits, client books per advisor, motivated follow-ups and the measurement of what it all produces. Both rely on the same client base.

Yes. Network size changes the rollout, not the need: a loyal client deserves to be recognised in a three-store house as much as in a fifty-store network. The scope is planned with you, usually starting from one or two pilot stores.

A few minutes a day, on a phone. Selekt does not duplicate the POS: it serves before and after the visit, when the question is who to contact and why. If the tool asked more than it gives back, it would not be used: the payoff has to be immediate.

Every action is dated and attributed to its author. You set an attribution window of seven, thirty or ninety days. Sales recorded in the POS within that window join influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales. Across equipped retailers, 20 to 25 percent of revenue is influenced.
