IntegrationOpenbravo

Openbravo unifies commerce. Selekt adds the one-to-one relationship.

Openbravo carries the point of sale and unified commerce: checkout, stock, journeys across channels. Selekt adds the layer unification does not give: an advisor who knows their client, and the measurement of what that bond produces.

What Selekt adds

On the base Openbravo holds, six things appear.

Openbravo keeps its job: the transaction and the journey across channels. Selekt lays the store's one-to-one work on top.

01

A living client profile

Purchase history feeds the profile, with no double entry. The advisor reads a client, not a receipt.

02

A client book per advisor

Each advisor follows named clients. The relationship no longer depends on anyone's memory.

03

Reasons to reach out

A piece that arrived, a fitting with no purchase, a date coming up: the day starts with real reasons, not a cold list.

04

Store gestures, traced

Pieces on hold, appointments, follow-ups: noted, dated, tied to the client and to their author.

05

Messages drafted, never sent alone

Drafts are prepared, the advisor reviews, adjusts and signs. Nothing leaves without human approval.

06

Measurement that reconciles

Sales that follow the relationship work join influenced revenue, reconciled with the POS.

Measuring

From the advisor's gesture to the leadership figure.

01

Trace the action

Message, appointment, follow-up: the action is dated and attributed to the advisor who took it.

02

Set the window

Seven, thirty or ninety days between contact and sale. The house sets the rule.

03

Attribute the sale

A sale recorded within that window joins influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales.

04

Reconcile

Store by store, line by line, with the POS. Across equipped retailers, influenced revenue commonly represents 20 to 25 percent of the total.

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Openbravo.

No. Openbravo keeps carrying the point of sale and unified commerce: checkout, stock, journeys across channels. Selekt covers different work, the one-to-one relationship between two visits, and its measurement. Both rely on the same client base, with no double entry.

Unification makes the journey smooth, it does not create the bond. A client can buy everywhere and be known by no one. Selekt gives each advisor a named client book, reasons to reach out and traced gestures: the human layer laid on an already solid base.

The connection is planned with your teams: data scope, roles, permissions. How you take payment does not change and Openbravo remains the reference for sales. Most networks start with one or two pilot stores before widening.

Permissions are set at field level, by role and by store: an advisor sees their clients, a manager their store, headquarters the network. Every access is logged and data is hosted in the European Union. The detail is reviewed with your team before launch.
