Oracle Xstore
IntegrationOracle Xstore

Xstore runs the network. Selekt keeps each client, one by one.

Oracle Xstore equips large store networks: checkout, stock, operations at scale. Selekt adds what scale does not give: the advisor's one-to-one relationship with their client, and the measurement of what it produces.

The loop

Data circulates, the relationship moves forward.

01

The POS records

Xstore does its job: the sale, the stock, store operations. Your teams change nothing.

02

The profile gets richer

Purchase history feeds the client profile, with no double entry. The advisor sees a client, not a list of receipts.

03

The advisor acts

A follow-up after a visit, a piece on hold, an appointment: every gesture starts from a real reason and stays attributed to its author.

04

The sale is measured

The sales that follow join influenced revenue and reconcile with the POS, store by store.

At network scale

What it changes for a large network.

One client, one profile, everywhere

A client served in Paris is recognised in Lyon. The profile gathers purchase history, preferences and conversations, whichever store made the sale.

Named client books, not an anonymous base

Each advisor follows a book of clients they know. The relationship no longer depends on one person's memory or another's departure.

Headquarters reads the network without chasing it

Who follows up, who converts, where the relationship lives and where it sleeps: headquarters sees it without asking stores for one more report.

A figure that holds up in front of leadership

Influenced revenue reconciles with POS sales. Across equipped retailers, it commonly represents 20 to 25 percent of total revenue.

By role

One connection, three readings.

The store, headquarters and IT do not expect the same thing from a client relationship tool. Each gets its answer.

The advisor finds their client in seconds

The profile reads on a phone, standing, between two clients. It says what the POS knows and what the store has noted: the size, the piece tried on, the event mentioned in the fitting room.

  • Purchase history picked up in the profile, no double entry
  • The day's reasons to reach out, ranked by priority
  • Pieces on hold and appointments kept in one place
Frequently asked

What we are asked about Oracle Xstore.

No. Xstore keeps running the point of sale and network operations. Selekt sits beside it and covers the one-to-one relationship: a readable client profile on the floor, client books per advisor, motivated follow-ups, and the measurement of what that work produces. Both rely on the same base.

With a reduced scope. The connection is defined with your teams: which stores, which data, which roles. Most networks start with one or two pilot stores, validate the usage with sales teams, then widen to the rest of the network.

Every action is dated and attributed to the advisor who took it. You set an attribution window of seven, thirty or ninety days. Sales recorded in the POS within that window join influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales. Across equipped retailers, 20 to 25 percent of revenue is influenced.

You do. Profiles, conversations and action history remain yours. Permissions are set at field level, by role and by store, every access is logged, and data is hosted in the European Union. The detail is reviewed with your IT team before launch.
