Retail Pro holds the point of sale. Selekt holds the client relationship.

Retail Pro equips specialty store networks around the world: checkout, stock, multi-store management. Selekt connects to it so that what the POS knows serves the advisor, and what the advisor does gets measured.

The journey

From the receipt to the next visit.

Four steps, always the same, from the sale that is recorded to the sale the relationship brings back.

The sale is recorded in Retail Pro

The POS does its job: the transaction, the stock, the store management. Nothing changes in how you take payment.

Purchase history feeds the client profile

Client data flows both ways, with no double entry. The advisor finds purchases, preferences and past conversations on a single profile, readable on the shop floor.

The advisor acts with a real reason

A piece that has arrived, a fitting with no purchase, a date coming up: the follow-up starts from a reason the client recognises, signed by the person who served them.

The next sale is attributed to the work

Sales recorded in the POS within the attribution window join influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales and reconciled with what leadership reads.

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Retail Pro.

No. Retail Pro keeps running the point of sale: checkout, stock, multi-store management. Selekt covers another moment, between two visits: the client profile, client books per advisor, motivated follow-ups and the measurement of what the relationship produces. Both rely on the same base.

No. The scope is defined with you at setup: which stores, which data, which roles. Most networks start with one or two pilot stores before widening. Permissions are set by role and by store, and data is hosted in the European Union.

What they need to speak properly: purchase history, contact details, preferences, past conversations and the day's reasons to reach out. On a phone, in seconds. The exact scope of what is exposed on the floor is decided with you, role by role.

Every action is dated and attributed to the advisor who took it. You set an attribution window of seven, thirty or ninety days. Sales recorded in the POS within that window join influenced revenue, kept separate from direct sales and never added to them.
