Splio speaks to your segments. Selekt speaks to each client.

Splio runs campaigns and the loyalty programme across your whole base. Selekt takes the other half of the work: the one-to-one relationship an advisor keeps with her client book. Both rely on the same base, without overlapping.

Who does what

Nothing to replace: a house without campaigns has no more relationship than a house without advisors.

Loyalty in person

Loyalty on a screen, loyalty in person.

The status shows on the shop floor

The client record brings together status, history and preferences: the advisor knows who she is talking to before she even says hello.

A benefit handed over in person

A benefit announced by email takes on another value when it is handed over in person, with a word from an advisor who knows the client.

The campaign announces, the advisor follows through

When Splio sends an announcement, the advisor knows what her client received. She follows up with a reason of her own: a piece that arrived, an alteration that is ready, a date coming up.

One client, never the same message twice

Because both tools rely on the same base, a client is not contacted twice on the same day for the same reason.

Measuring

Measuring what the relationship actually produces.

01

Trace the action

An advisor's message is timestamped and attributed to its author, distinctly from a campaign send.

02

Set the window

Seven, thirty or ninety days between contact and sale. The house sets the rule.

03

Attribute the sale

The sale joins influenced revenue. What the campaign did and what the advisor did stay two separate figures, never added together.

04

Reconcile

Advisor by advisor, store by store. Across equipped retailers, influenced revenue commonly represents 20 to 25 percent of total revenue.

Frequently asked

What we are asked about Splio.

No. Splio keeps doing what it does well: campaigns, marketing automation and the loyalty programme, across the whole base. Selekt covers the other half, the one-to-one work a store team does between visits. Both rely on the same client base.

Yes. Splio remains the tool that defines and runs the programme. Selekt makes client data flow both ways, with no double entry: the store sees what the programme knows about the client, and the work done in store enriches the same base.

You do, at setup. Most houses keep broad announcements on the Splio side and leave individual follow-ups to advisors, with a real reason to reach out. Selekt records who contacted whom, when and why, so the line stays visible.

Preferences and consent travel with the client record, and the channel a client has chosen is respected on both sides. An opt-out recorded on the campaign side also stops individual outreach. Permissions are set by role and by store, and data is hosted in the European Union.
